The 2023 Sea to Summit Ambassadors event was held at the INEF Faculty in Madrid, a place full of sports enthusiasts. We enjoyed an exceptional afternoon with our ambassadors Alex Txikon, Antonio de la Rosa, and Ferran Latorre. Under the theme “Conquer Your Summits,” they shared the expeditions they undertook throughout the year, in which they pushed their limits and proved that determination is the key to achieving every challenge they set for themselves.
Alex, Antonio, and Ferran discussed topics such as fear, the keys to success, and resilience in facing extraordinary challenges—such as Alex Txikon’s winter ascent of Manaslu without oxygen, Antonio de la Rosa’s solo Antarctic crossing, and Ferran Latorre’s conquest of all 14 eight-thousanders. The event concluded with a casual gathering where attendees had the chance to chat with our ambassadors and ask them all their questions in a relaxed atmosphere.
